Living a better life, performing in better ways, being successful in your career, all comes from the soul. Surface skating, doing only what needs to get done, and using people only for your selfish needs is a shallow and deleterious approach to leadership.

Sometimes people in positions of leadership think they have a deep connection with their team. They may believe they are doing what is great for the organization and employees, but their primary goal is their career success. Some have fooled themselves into believing they’ve prioritized the right things, so much so, that when they are told otherwise, they’re stunned, disbelieving. It just doesn’t jive. Nothing will convince them otherwise. So, they keep on going, convinced they are doing the right thing, when everyone else knows it’s wrong. But no one will dare challenge them. Hence, therin arise the leaders who are so deeply ingrained into the thread of an organization that the only way they depart is with a better offer, a golden retirement, or in a box.
That’s soulless leadership. And my friends, it’s everywhere.
However, there are the few, the proud, the enlightened few who are soul leaders. No, they are not jiving in their office to the beat of a Motown jam (but they could be). Rather, they are entering each day with an approach that comes from deep down in their soul. They know the work they plan to do and the heartfelt attention they will apply to their team and organizational needs, come from the deep recesses of their very being.
No, they aren’t spineless weaklings, looking to love and be loved. Rather they are the true strength warriors. They’re Soul Leaders. You can be one too.
All you need to do is give me an hour. Together, we’ll dig deep into your head, heart, and yes, your soul to discover what makes you tick and how that translates into what's irresistible. And then how that "irresistibleness" translates into riches. Wealth? You bet. But even more so, the rich life. One that comes from cultivating a team of excellence and an enviable life. Instead of trying to be the leader everyone thinks you should be, or worse, trying to be someone else, let’s set you free. Let’s unleash the personal power that’s supercharged in your soul and roaring to be released.
Sound like hocus pocus? Try me. It’s how I got here and how I will get you there (Note: I’m referring to the picture above). Let’s do a little soul searching and unleash the soulful leader within you.
